tgcloud reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, tgcloud reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no misconduct occurred, remaining verified balances will be returned to the player via their last used verified withdrawal method, net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱100, deducted from the account balance, to cover maintenance costs. You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time through your account settings.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between a player and tgcloud, the following resolution process applies:
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a competent Philippine court to protect their rights pending dispute resolution.

When material changes are made, tgcloud will notify registered players by email to the address on file and/or by posting a prominent notice on the tgcloud website at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory order.
Your continued use of the tgcloud platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date. Any funds in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any active bonus wagering obligations.
